Andrew Gozillon
University of the West of Scotland Student
Glasgow, Scotland
Andrew Gozillon is a PhD student from the University of the West of Scotland's School of Engineering and Computing. Andrew's PhD work aims to improve the programmability of heterogeneous architectures; through novel APIs and compiler modifications. This has led to working with the Clang compiler where a greater interest in the C++ programming language and compiler technology was kindled. External to this Andrew is interested in functional programming languages like Haskell, GPGPU computing and programming language theory. Outside of programming and academic interests Andrew likes to play games and read. In fact, games are what led Andrew to computer science in the first place.
